Most clients are on a fixed monthly fee that reflects the size and complexity of the business. Cleanup projects are usually scoped as a one-time engagement, after which we move to an ongoing monthly arrangement. After a discovery call and review of your current books, we provide a clear proposal so you know exactly what is included.

We do not file tax returns. Instead, we handle bookkeeping and advisory services to keep your books accurate and your CPA satisfied. If you already have a tax professional, we partner with them. If you do not, we can help you get ready to work with one.

Yes, although QuickBooks is our primary platform, and we are a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. We work with both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. If you are still on spreadsheets, we can help you migrate to QuickBooks and set things up correctly from the start.
